Hi, I'm Kevin: a creative intrapreneur currently focused on technical training, marketing, and learning management. From training to performance management to employee retention, I help organizations succeed by helping their people thrive.

For the last 11+ years I have been working in Metro Boston and developing skills at the intersection of technical product marketing, enablement, and L&D. I'm at my best when building new programs that break ground in uncharted territory or scaling existing initiatives to realize a larger strategic vision.

Right now I'm employed full-time, but happy to chat about formal or informal consulting opportunities. In the past I've advised on HR systems, onboarding strategies, and LMS product enhancements. I'm interested in organizational effectiveness and projects that involve implementing systems and processes to make everyone's work lives a little bit better. That's the professional side of me. In my free time, I love to go backcountry hiking (the photos above I took in the White Mountains and Berkshires, respectively) and mountain biking, tackle endless home projects, or relax with my wife and our two cats. I'm addicted to Netflix, and particularly enjoy documentaries and weird films. Lately I've been learning Ruby on Rails by building a web app called JobKeeper.
